Can I add my logo and customize the design?
Private label discussions can cover frame shape, materials, colors, lenses, logo details and packaging. Feasible options depend on the chosen design and order requirements.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the frame, material, color count and level of customization. Send the planned quantity and reference design so options can be confirmed.
How long do samples and production take?
Timing depends on construction, components, revisions and quantity. Sampling and production schedules are confirmed in the quotation for each project.
What should I include in my inquiry?
Include the frame type, material direction, quantity, target market, branding needs and desired delivery date. A drawing or reference image also helps.
Can you help with packaging?
Packaging can be discussed as part of the private label scope. Available options, quantities and specifications are confirmed per project.
How are testing requirements handled?
Tell us the destination market and requested standard or documentation scope before confirmation. Requirements differ by product and market.
How do I choose between acetate, metal and titanium?
Start with the desired shape, color effect, construction, component preferences and material requirements. Compare the product directions, then send a reference and quantity so the available route can be reviewed. A photo alone does not establish the complete material specification.
Should I provide quantities by style or by color?
Provide both where possible. A total collection quantity does not show the planned quantity for each style and color. Mark undecided quantities as estimates for the initial review.
Can I start with one of the frames shown on this website?
Yes. Use the image reference on the product page and explain what you want to retain or change. The image is a starting point for discussion, not a statement of stock availability, dimensions or fixed order terms.
Does completing the contact form send an inquiry automatically?
No. Continue by email or WhatsApp opens a draft for you to review and send. The team receives your inquiry only after you send the message through that service.
