MANUFACTURING CAPABILITIES
Connect product design with a practical manufacturing route.
A successful eyewear project depends on more than a product image. CNL Optics helps business buyers organize material, construction, branding, sampling, inspection and packing requirements before confirmation.

PROJECT INPUTS
Review the work around the frame.
- Product brief and feasibility review
- Sampling and specification alignment
- Inspection and packing requirements agreed per order
Development and specification
The starting brief records the frame direction, material, dimensions, colors, components, branding and intended market.
Specialized acetate details
Layered acetate colors, transparencies and patterns can be reviewed for selected front or temple applications.
Quality and order preparation
Inspection, testing, documentation and packing expectations are discussed against the agreed product and destination requirements.
Choose the route by design goal
Start with the effect the collection needs to achieve. Acetate lamination can place layered color and transparency into selected front or temple areas. Film-insert molded TR90 can create a decorative surface before the frame is CNC-cut. Windsor rim construction combines a thin acetate strip with a metal eyewire. Leather wrapping and metal-frame leather inlay create different tactile effects, while injection molding supports shaped PC, CP or TR90 components. Each route has its own construction sequence, sample questions and finishing considerations.
Bring the evidence that makes review useful
A reference image is a helpful start, but a practical review also needs the intended frame shape, key dimensions, material preference, color or pattern direction, component requirements and target market. Note where a texture or contrast should appear and whether the effect is needed on the front, rim or temple. If a sample already exists, explain what should stay and what should change. This gives the team a clear set of points to check against the selected capability.
Connect capability to order preparation
Once a route is shortlisted, carry the same decisions into sampling, inspection and packing. Record the agreed construction, surface finish, logo placement, lens or component details and the quantity by style or color. Testing or documentation requests should be named with the destination market. CNL Optics confirms feasibility, sample revisions, order conditions and production timing around that complete brief, so the capability page remains a starting point for a project conversation rather than a generic promise.
